Flashing ZTE SDcard Update / Upgrade package
Step One: Download ZTE stock ROM / SDcard update or upgrade package for any model from http://googledoodlenewstoday.blogspot.com /2016/08/collection-of-all-zte-stock-roms.html" target="_blank">here.Step Two: Copy the update.zip package from your computer to the phone’s root directory (/sdcard/) of the storage.
- On your computer, navigate to Computer > Device Model > http://googledoodlenewstoday.blogspot.com /" target="_blank">Phone. Then copy the update.zip package into this location. - For MTP mode
- Copy to Phone storage or Internal SDcard root, if connected via Mass storage.
Step Three: Verify that the file has been successfully copied to your device storage by navigating to your device root directory via a file manager
Step Four: Now go to: Settings => About Phone => System updates => Storage card updates. Tap Ok to proceed.
Step Five: If you have not previously made a backup and still wish to do so, click Backup& Update. Else, select Update Now to begin the firmware update / upgrade process.
Step Six: The phone will reboot and start the upgrade. Please be patient and do not interrupt, the whole upgrade process may take about 5 minutes.
The phone will restart again when the updating finishes. This reboot may take about 10 minutes.
